Methods
- Change default in-room temperature settings from 21°C to 25°C. This involved re-setting all AC remotes. Customers were still able to change the in-room temperature as desired
- Communicate rationale to guests through Go25degrees signage in each room
- Educate & train cleaning staff on the new policy
